    Clen//t3 for prep needed?

    So during a prep, let’s say you start dialing in 20 weeks out.. do all the other basics. Would anybody disagree with leaving both clen and t3 out if you believe you’ll get lean/dry enough just through gear/diet/cardio/estrogen control.. ? thoughts appreciated, just brainstorming

    Longest you’ve taken clen

    about 6 months total for me.. did two bodybuilding shows back to back.. stayed at 100mcgs majority of time(along with t3) took a short break right after first show. I know most only do 6-12 weeks.. I never had any negative feelings from doing so though.
