how long do you like to push the envelope for?
How long do you stay at your maintenance dose or off?
I know the old school and safe is time on=time off
I’ve noticed a lot guys doing this and have before myself bc the coach I was using told me to, what’s the benefits of hitting long esters eod vs 2x week?
about 6 months total for me.. did two bodybuilding shows back to back.. stayed at 100mcgs majority of time(along with t3) took a short break right after first show. I know most only do 6-12 weeks.. I never had any negative feelings from doing so though.
In a circumstance you are just maintaining and being lazy for the moment with your food intake, what would be your fav options for microwaveable foods to eat?
