Does anyone know of any protein powders that are safe for diabetics? I have been looking around a little and finding some information, but wanted to see if anyone has real life experience with this. My friend is diabetic and looking to supplement with some protein shakes.

Looking for some feedback with how others incorporate Fat Gripz into their routine. Do you use them on every set or just the last one? Do you use them every day or cycle them? Do you use lighter weight when using them? I just want to try and maximize their effectiveness.

I never took the original but find the max to work for me, for now. I been trying to find out how the new superdrive is different, but havent found much of anything yet. Newier doesnt always mean better.
