    I will be getting close to 300lbs out of my shirt.. Thats where board work comes in. Lets u get used to handling alot of weight with out the fear of injury. Plus it lets you work on your stabilizers.. Theres been times Ive almost tipped off the bench from not taking it from the handout correctly.

    exactly.. I like to get my shirts really tight, then I will put a tiny slice in the sleeve so it doesnt cut off my circulation. Theres a reason benchers walk around like zombies with their arms sticking out.. Damn shirts are freakin tight.

    Nothing farther from the truth... Regardless if your wearing gear.. To handle over 600lbs on the bench isnt easy, or to squat 1000lbs.. that weight is still on your shoulders
