    Gallon of milk/day

    Saw this on a different board- Anyone else ever do this? I did it for a while and def put on some mass. Helped me get up close to 300lbs. Held a little bit more water, had a little bit more fat. 1 gal of milk = 2400 calories and 128 gs protein for ~$3

    I just bought a box of them, they come in 10 per sterile package. The package says on it "sterility guaranteed in unopened, undamaged packaged." As soon as you open the package to use one, the other 9 are no longer guaranteed sterile lmao.

    First ever delt injections!

    Yup, I finally did it. Mainly for the purpose of giving my other sites a break. Was pretty nervous about it lol I'm such a noob. My left shoulder bled like a motherfucker and I hit a vein in my right. Damnit. Only put 1/2cc in each, gonna break them in slowly.... very slowly.

    Bodybuilding related sex fails

    I know I can't be the only one that's fallen victim to epic sex fails because of the gym. Last night my lat cramped up on me mid-sex. This caused me to yell in her face. Poor girl. Someone tell me I'm not alone.
