    Plain Greek + Scoop of Protein

    For anyone who is tired of the shakes. I discovered that a scoop of vanilla whey protein will eliminate that sourness from plain Greek yogurt. You end up with a yogurt serving with close to 50g of protein and 8g carbs. I just put powder in bowl and stir in yogurt until mixed.
