    pulldowns for tris???

    when l do pulldowns (wide,narrow,o/hand or u/hand) my Tri's burn like mad ! what am l doing wrong ? or does anyone else get this ?. I have tried dropping the weight a bit but still get alot of tri's (under the arm near the armpit).

    set of squats????

    How many working sets does everyone do for Squats alone? I hear people say "squat to you drop", etc. Right now I'm doing 4 sets but I feel like I should do more...seems too little for such a major lift. Assume you're on cycle.

    working out while ill???????

    Im really bummed cause I woke up feeling lousy this morning. Can't go to the gym anyways today cause of the crap weather but how advisable is it to train if you're feeling low? Do some of you just get on with it, or can it make your bug worse?

    hy!!! i m 5feet 10 inch tall with 185lbs. i m overweight so i want to shed extra kilos. i do 60minutes of elliptical with proper salad diets. so plz suggest what more i should do. bye... thnks
