    Is it ok if i only do squats for quads. Every other exercise for my quads hurts my knees?

    I dont have a set cardio day, I normally just run after a workout 2 days a week, but ive heard from people it will be better to do my cardio before my workout 2 days a week, which is the best? or does it matter? Thanks
