    how many meals you eat one day

    Prepping and cooking food is super time consuming and in my opinion the toughest part of bodybuilding. The clean up always sucks, I wish I could afford a cook and maid then I would be set.... I usually cook enough for 5 meals. Some days I don't have time to cook and end up eating canned soups...

    I'm not sure about its efficacy but I use it on most of my food...eggs, meat, rice ect. If nothing else it will add some guilt free flavor to your food, and possibly boost your metabolism and burn a little fat in the process according to what I've read anyway...
