    kinda, sorta....I wasn't expecting to do this meet until a buddy @ work let me know about it..it was around 9 weeks out already...so we'll see...I'm down 5 lbs since the start of August by just cleaning up my diet, no added cardio, so if I can manage another slowish 10 lbs in the next 4-5 weeks...
