    Bulking/weight gain help

    Agree with above you need to gain some fat with muscle (thus the cutting cycle/period to hold the muscle and lose the fat) too difficult trying to do both, if even possible for many. Live a little, the fat helps avoid injuries when lifting heavy anyway.

    He got 10 yrs for other substances imported and transported. He lived with a prominent lawyer too, who obviously knew nothing of the imports/etc. The same lawyer that is 6'4 and over 300lb :-) Moore was doing this for years undetected so it wasn't his first attempt.

    If you can buy ephedrine where you live then an ECA stack has been around since the 60's. Ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin, heats your body up for cpl hours and obviously that's cardio time or similar.. simple, effective, proven. That's what many on the market try to emulate.

    I always stretched before, along with and in between some warm up sets, research or not I didn't get any injuries I could attribute to them... That's including some heavy, low rep periods among almost 20yrs of training on and off.. just my experience anyway.. Stretches aren't always to the max...
