    I tore my acl again along with the miniscus Dr wants me to rehab since I have arthritis. My concern is stability and the ability to still train legs Sq, Dl. Being 51 I this shit takes longer to recover but advice from someone who has been there especially would give me more to consider

    Been at it for 6 mnths since having 2 neck surgeries in 6 yrs and 1 yr of pt. One question should I change my DL to back day or keep it on leg day
