    This. Get as much fruit & veg as you can. Just as MF says in as raw a state as possible. Keep it as a source of nutrition till end of your days.

    5 weeks on 1 week (inc active recovery sessions) is a nice periodised cycle. Prob one of the most overlooked aspects of training is periodisation. Props to you,sir.

    Thank you. I'll go look now. Also had a question ref LBP & knee pain. Do you stretch back/hams/quads? I helped some big lumps out at a local gym while back. They complained of knee pain. So I had a look then started quad/hip flex stretching. After about 3weeks no knee pain. Worth a shot...

    I've Used DNP x2, have friends use also. Very successfully. That said I've also discouraged some ppl from using it due to them being idiots & unsafe in their general use of AAS. These idiots give you guys a bad name.
