    Ok back in the gym hard for a few months so feeling stronger, diet squared away (no sugar, no starch, lean protein, fruit/veggies). And bcs of previous bad form I was avoiding squats and deadlifts. But a conversation with a guy at the gym about doing these in stocking feet will help my form...
