It's easy for me to talk myself out of a workout. Could probably do it everyday. Instead, I crank the music, down some fuel and man the f'up. Most of the time it's really not that bad once I'm there. Sometimes I do have to cut my reps short though.

So, I lost nearly 8 lbs this week. Lots of PR's at the gym, felt great most of the week. Hit a wall today. Gotta add some cals because I can't lose like that again this week. Good prob to have though :)
