    I think one day a week on anybody part is fine. I body built for 12 years on that schedule. While working a full time job. No longer than an hour per workout. super sets and triple sets to keep the intensity high. Then mix it up every 4 weeks. Good luck

    Great post. I have considered this route many times just never did the research. This spells it out really well. my normal is 200to 300 mg testC. I try to remember each weekend. That said I just took this past Saturday dose about an hour ago. So, my schedule really is a week to ten days...

    Meals per day

    When I was competing 6 to 7 a day. All small in the 300 + calories range. Now more like 3 meals with two mini snacks.

    Gun, Obese here too. 5’6” 188 to 190 most morning. No matter what I do. Still have abs and over 60. Each time I doctor and stand on that scale then see their auto print out. Yep, 30 bmi. I just shake my head.

    This question is much more involved than what statement is correct. so many factors play into nutrition. Like your body type. How much lean mass you have above your normal body weight. How heavy or intense you train. What your daily activity is like ie job, hobbies, kids do you run? Etc...
