I'm currently drinking 2 protein shakes per day. Each shake is 50g. I'm getting between 100-150 g of protein per day plus taking amino acids. I know I need more protein but it's hard to get more and keep my calories low.

I have just started lifting and want to get ripped but I need to lose about 40lbs of fat. Should I low carb to cut fat while lifting or just count calories? Thanks for any advice.

Any diet advice. I figured I need at least 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. What about carbs?? As little as possible or a certain % ?
