I know you aren't here to do that and are just trying to help and yes I am aware of the correlation between the two. However, I have never used any AAS thats why I was asking for other things that could cause this issue

As the title says I have been getting pain where the pec major tendon inserts onto the humerus for a few months now and I am not sure why its happening. Was curious if any one has had this or knows what is from ie: bad form.
I like the sound of that would definitely keep me satisfied lol and I usually avoid the sour cream and cheese anyway but I'm definitely not shredded either
