    Freezing Bread?

    Listen picked up a case, and obviously will not be able to kill 10 loaves within stamped on date. Could I just freeze the surplus, and pull a loaf out the night before to thaw as needed? Taste is good. Just concerned if this is the type of bread I would then need to toast once thawed.
