    Generally speaking, after you have read up on sides, have your ancillaries on hand start with a test only cycle. low dose 300mg a week with test e or c. see how your body responds. 12 weeks should be a good start.

    49 years old 100mg of test cyp from the the doc levels at 950 feeling great. I think for what I want, my test will stay always low and I'll add in some Dbol or var or EQ and make that my cycle.

    Good point R i only does these with 20lb weights very low up and very slow down. You try to get 20 of these without any body sway at all and you will feel it for sure.

    Your doc put you on 400mg week? what are your test numbers? I'm on 100mg per week for HRT and my levels are at 950 Not trying to be confrontational but that's a cycle not HRT.

    All I have ever used is nolva and been fine for recovery. It's a basic first cycle, you'll be fine. i would however pick up both and have them on had for future runs as you progress you may need a bit more of a punch so to speak to kickstart your testies.

    As others have said, only use the aromasin if needed. No need to crush the estro unless your having gyno type symptoms.
