    Nice work, Chris. Cool that you can notice improvements on your bench with little tweaks to your form and position. As for the hanging leg raises, sounds like a painful ab burn. You definitely have a strong core!

    Solid stuff, Bull! I think I read somewhere to do OHG's as high as you can before switching to an AHG. Helps with the grip strength. I think BrotherIron uses a thumb grip, but I find those painful. I have small hands.

    Thanks for posting the video, 3M. The lifts looked solid. I a trying a similar stance on the DL, but my grip was narrower. I will try a bit wider like yours to see it that feels better. I know I was not fond of gripping only the smooth part of the bar and it seemed a bit tippy.

    Nice squats, 3M. Out of curiosity, are you comfortable lifting without the headphones? I think you will do great at the meet. Just don't let it get to your head.
