    Vitapacks

Truth, powdered or liquid multis are far superior

Supp scam GNC, Walmart, Target etc..

You'd actually be surprised, this is happening on a much larger scale then most can comprehend. What's funny is the quality ingredients(efficacious) are diluted, and the ingredients that have no effect are 100% pure.

    Some Worthless Supplements

Exogenous glutamine supplementation is essentially useless. L-Arginine is most likely useless for the reasons you are utilizing it. I don't see how protein bars are useless, as its just another source of protein to meet your macros. All thermogenics (OTC) are useless, just about zero affinity...

    Say goodbye to prohormones

Companies are already selling "research compounds" like Trest The sad thing is, it was more then just PH's banned. Things like DMZ/Epi/Etc which were a huge market and a great addition to someone running test.

    Important supplements? Casein protein?

Not useless, but arguing Whey>Casein and vice versa is moot. Use whatever protein you want, Casein, Isolate, Soy, WPC, etc. They will mirror each others effects almost parallel. Personally I use a 50/50 blend of Whey/Casein. I find it much more satiating than Whey alone And don't just take my...

    Important supplements? Casein protein?

Supplementing glutamine is useless And utilizing casein before bed offers no benefit other than the fact that you may not wake up feeling as hungry. For the most part, protein is protein. (minus beef/collagenic/hydrolyzed)

    glucosamine. what are your thoughts.

Late to the party, Cissus and ParActin are far superior. Both recognized clinically and studied in great depth.

    Vitamin D3 & Vitamin K2?'s

Vit D - 10K IU Vit K2 - 200mcg And 4g of fish oil is negligible if the EPA/DHA content sucks. Aim for 2g of combined EPA/DHA daily.

    Liver supplements....

I would not rely on this alone for hepatic rebound, BUT I would advise everybody runs it with either UDCA or TUDCA. At $3.50 a bottle, its a very nice addition to a support stack.

    Liver supplements....

I like this post. I'd love to see credible data to back up this statement.

    Milk Thistle versus Liv.52

NAC may aid as a hepaprotectant, but keep in mind it is also a mucolytic agent. I prefer TUDCA

    D-Aspartic Acid

You seem confused, prolactin does not cause gyno in the absence of estrogen. PRL goes hand in hand with increased estrogen levels, and PRL/Progesterone can agitate gyno in people with pre-existing conditions. Its clinically referred to as PRL induced gyno due to the agitation, not because PRL...

    D-Aspartic Acid

It does increase prolactin, which, in principle, can agitate the users predisposition. (IE. User has increased levels of endogenous PRL prior to use) Although there is no data to confirm or deny PRL induced gyno from DAA, all anecdotal.

    D-Aspartic Acid

    Couldn't agree more.
