    If I could go back..all basics! 3 sets per bp only to start. All whole food. eggs, whole milk, meat. recipe for success.

    if you train till failure, especially every workout, you will over tax your whole system, unless you are 16.. use that sparingly, every 3rd workout or so.

    In my day we finished with cross bench dumbbell pullovers, Arnold claimed that once he implemented this into his arsenal he gained 5 extra inches on his chest, and an awesome way to stretch out the ribcage.

    I forgot bench dips, I can't do 'regular' dips, but purportedly bench dips fill in the area right above the elbow, and saves your shoulder if you have delt issues.

    5x5, the single best move I ever made. the first 3 months, I gained , no exaggeration, 20lbs of quality muscle, could have been just the change up from years of trillion set sessions but don't really matter, It worked.

    I love single dumbbell -2 hand behind the head extentions (LOL, I think there is an easier description) . Always gave me doms. Very easy on the elbows.

    First, you will never know what routine works for you until you give it a decent run, usually 2 months or so in my opinion, but I will quote Dorian Yates '' I would never waste my time driving to the gym, setting up, just to train a small body part, such as arms or calves''.
