I had the cramping as well but only after taking it awhile
once I made some changes to my diet and fluid intake it did help a bit.
lots of water and potassium
so much planning and effort to get to that 5%, more power to ya man I dont think I could do it.
I cut for a fight and I hate it, what can i say i love food
I'm going to take some advice above and see what happens i eat clean already but maybe time managment could be an issue.
I should probably plan meals ahead of time as well
Decompression at the chiro did the trick for me...took a few trips and I was already getting adjusted a few times a week but made a big difference in recovery.
I had a pinched nerve from grappling shut down my left side. Been having shoulder problems ever since.
Some good reads here I'm going to try and switch things up maybe it will make a difference
