    Decompression at the chiro did the trick for me...took a few trips and I was already getting adjusted a few times a week but made a big difference in recovery.

    I had a pinched nerve from grappling shut down my left side. Been having shoulder problems ever since. Some good reads here I'm going to try and switch things up maybe it will make a difference
