    I think its only expensive when you are trying to take short cuts to fitness. Go natural...work hard and go paleo and you should be fine.

    flaxseed oil and fish oil

    I would stay away from flax seed oil and just get you are really good fish oil. SFH (Stronger Faster Healthier) has a really good one and it has vitamin D already in it as well. You want to be getting at least 3-5 grams per day.

    Nagging Ankle Injury

    I injured my right ankle during Muay Thai. I took a few weeks off to take it easy but man one minute it feels ok and then the next its tender as hell. Its about over 2 months now since the initial injury and it still hurts. Anybody have any advice to accelerate the healing process?
