Usually 2-3, ALWAYS 2 at least tho. 1 before work and 1 before bed. Gotta clean everything out. If Im off work a day and home alone sometimes I'll shit 5 times because usually Im drinking coffee when Im at home.
I used hdrol and epistane both for 6 week cycles I think before using test for the first time. Got some decent gains from hdrol but literally none from epistane.. No negative side effects tho, I used nolvadex on both cycles.

This is the truth, I know alot of guys who are just never the same after cycling and whine everytime they're at the gym because they're not "on" cycling is great but dont dwell on it 24/7 when you're off. Have to keep a positive mindset that you can still progress without the gear. Might not be...
Think about it, alot of the black people with crappier genetics have been bred out. In the slave days they only wanted the biggest and strongest and the others were eventually just bred out. Hence why now black dudes have good genetics a lot of the time. There's always exceptions to every rule...
