    I also crave trail mix. the kind with nuts,raisins and m&m's in it. Love the stuff. Sometimes I eat some of it. I use it when I am out and about to raise my blood sugar as I am hypoglycemic.

    my craving is a bacon cheese burger and fries. I usually put off the craving as long as possible (around 6 months) then I go and eat it.

    Low fat,low sugar and low salt is as low as you can get without eating any that's what I eat. I try changing up my workouts to build muscle confusion. I eat around 1200 calories on a non workout day and 1600 to 1800 on a workout day.

    Muscular women

    I hate it when women are so muscular that they look like a man facial features and all. I've seen some like that. I like muscles and I am working on them but I also am working on staying curvy. My man likes me that way.

    Protein Powder: How much (if any) do you really need?

    I use whey protein powders. I drink one after each weight lifting session which is 3 to 4 times a week. I also use then for a snack sometimes. No matter how hard I try I never get enought protein in my diet through whole foods so the whey proteins help with that.

    I do know that some people have an apple shape and store fat in the tummies and some people have a pear shape and store fat in their hips. I am an apple shape and I work real hard to get some abs. I also thing genitics play a part. I come from a family who are apple shaped.
