2023 was the end of my Mustang
Totaled my mustang in 23, the right rear axle broke and bounced me off of a few trees. My new project is an 04 CTS V. The V is a BIG project, once I get it cleaned up I’ll post some pics. For now a couple before and after shots of my S197.- body_by_donuts

ebooks or paperback
I am looking for some books on Diets, Carb Cycling or basic eating for growth. I Thought we had a few ebooks and stickies but I can not seem to find them. Any help or suggestions. I have been out of training for several years, and I need to start from the being. Thank you,- body_by_donuts
