    Thanks guys, yea they are new to me so my form is no where near perfect. My deadlift, depending on my routine, is always over 500. But my power clean seems pretty weak compared to your guys numbers. I'll definitely dedicate a day just for oly lifts and try to improve my form. Thx guys

    About how many calories a day do you eat when bulking?

    I usually average around 3-3500 spread thru 5 meals a day. I do physical labor intensive job then between weight lifting and jui jitsu I'm training 5-6 days a week. Weight hasn't moved at all in past few months but I have lost fat. Thinking its time to bump up calories

    Sleep and Recovery

    I've had pretty bad insomnia since my last deployment which was yrs ago. Been prescribed different things, now I'm on mirtazipine. It is non addictive and works great. You will feel groggy in morning but after a while that goes away. I highly recommend it.

    Has anyone here used superdrol before?

    Superdrol gave me the worst indigestion and non stop hiccups after the first week. Dbol gives me indigestion as well but nothing like superdol. Weird stuff

    OK so 4 week cycle with bands, then take a few weeks off band work? Chains are pretty pricey online but I can probably get some cheaper at a hardware store I suppose.

    Thanks brother, I have been doing mma/no gi grappling for years. Just recently switched to an official Gracie jui jitsu school which is all gi . so I gotta go thru the ranks. Now I'm a 4 stripe white belt(don't laugh lol). Gonna be testing for blue soon enough. So are you suggesting OLY lifts...
