I'm 44 packing a leaner powerlifting body than most of the guys in the gym.
You can see a muscular shape but not body if you get my drift.
Heading towards something to help with the decreasing hormonal balance.
Looking for advice because I have only ever taken "pure supplements", yet...
I was thinking of adding front squats to increase my hip flexion and deepen my back squat.
Thoughts?
does anybody know a tried and tested approach for improving competition squat depth for a RAW competitor.

Has anybody heard of Bio-identical hormones?
I was told they are a standard medical treatment in the USA and limited availability in Europe/Ireland. Looking at these since I have never gone down the steroid route etc.
Any advice or thoughts welcome!
