Wife is a doctor. She says no more than 2cc in a large muscle. Ive done 3.5 many times in glute and ventro but try to stay under 2cc in delt and quad. I still get pip from 2cc in quad
I go by what my body tells me. If I still have gas left, I hit it. If its rest I need, I rest. Youll figure it out in a couple weeks once gear is kickin.
I never got them before I gained weight. Now I can't run a block without getting splints. I didn't run for my whole first cycle as I thought I was getting plenty of cardio in mma gym. I think its a good idea to at least run a little after lifting to cool down and keep legs use to the new weight.
Im not the best at taking pics. 38 yrs old. 180ish 5'7. Id like to get to 195 but want to trim up a little before the next big bulk. I have a tendency to hold on to some fat on my legs and back. Wierd.
