    What's your formula for a Great Pump?

    oatmeal, banana, whey protein, and on test and deca d bol first 4 weeks at 30mg a dayof a 10 to 12 week run, but 1 10mg halotestin pill 1 hr before workout makes me an animal pumps are crazy and i can lift 30 to 50lbs more them usual with no discomfort!!! so Halo is king!!! for me on workout...

    i did something close deca ,test C, eq cause th eq was free so i threw it in sust, d bol, and winny at the end it was my 4th cycle tho and i kept the dose low cause of how many different substances i was running do your research and keep asking the only stupid question is the one you don't ask

    I def like to mix it up go back and forth every of couple of exercises like 2 weeks incline barbell then 2 weeks for the dumbbell it def helps to switch the routine up!!!
