    I've never gotten ac pain from arnold presses. no idea why but normal flat bench jacks me up not even going that heavy. I can go super deep with db bench and flies. don't know what my problem is. dips kinda get me too

    heat/rest seemed to help. it still clicks with the pendulum movement. i tried the stretch i mentioned above again and i can't feel pain from it anymore. thanx for the info marx!!
