    mr hyde, speed x3 are two of the best out there now. haven't tried the new superpump, I have a hard time when a company makes a product then changes it (takes out the good stuff cause they got caught) and then releases the "new" version.

    two words for you, crock pot. chicken, turkey breast, i have never cooked fish in a crock pot but it might be possible. meat, veggis and spice, cook for 6 hrs or so depending on what your cooking and ur done.

    The thing that keeps going through my head is what if this happened to me. What if i was gs and so on. my wife is with child, 6 months now, and i don't know what i would do if someone came that close to hurting her. I am truely grateful that everyone is ok.
