    I have been eating 8 times a day for the last 60 days, prior to that I was doing 6 but it morphed into 8 while trying to evenly split my meals up.

    I have to hit some pause squats this evening for a set of 20, going to be brutal. Tell me do you count seconds at the bottom or just stop the moment and rocket up?

    Yeah I have totally gassed at the end of some of these sets, and the pump feels great I feel loose and strong. Weights will get heavier as I march on. Yeah dr. said it occurs in about 10% of the population, I just imagine that bone jutting into my bicep or shoulder tissue as I hit overhead...

    Been walking around at 215 lately. I had cut back to 199 for a show from 217 but put it back on through training and bringing more carbs back into my diet.

    Nice good people in NH, good luck with the cut. I cut 17 lbs for my last show and it was quite a challenge.

    Yeah I completely put the first piece on wrong. I mean who reads the instructions first right? Either way I agree it helped and I will continue to use it.

    Side note I tried a piece of Kt tape on Wednesday before squatting on my shoulder. Felt really good after doing some shoulder stretches. Actually felt better with the tape on, placebo effect maybe but if it worked once I will try it again.

    Early am dead lift session @ Albany Strength. Worked up to: 315 5 x 5 DB Rows 70 3 x 10 T-Bar Rows 70 x 10 45 2 x 10 Followed by two scoops or Ryno Power Protein and 4 scrambled eggs.

    Wood, I think one of the worst things I have ever experienced is not being able to lift weights. I know we have to heal but it is so hard to stay away. Just enrolled the services of George Leeman to write a program for me so shit is going to get real. What's your next show?

    04/16 Squat 275 5 x 5 Front Squat 135 x 5 I do warm up starting with an empty bar and progressing up to working sets. Felt good getting some heavy weight on my back.

    04/15 Bench 185 5x5 Lat pulldowns 120 3 x 8 Curls 35 3 x 8 Bb ohp 110 8 x 7 x 5 decline db press 45 3 x 10 chest flyes 25 3 x 10 tricep extensions 50 3 x 8 ramping up a bit before I start a new training program. Feeling good, doc again next Wednesday to see how everything is.
