    Herpes is a DNA virus and HIV is a RNA virus. It's not something that clears up after 2 years. You can also use Valtrex for shingles if you didn't know.

    I would honestly say equal parts rehab and deca. Time, I don't think I took enough time off but that's not an easy thing to do. I'm FLOORED on how good my shoulder is feeling at the moment.

    I don't train bodyparts... train lifts instead but I agree with SAD in that prehab/rehab is my least favorite. It's a necessary but that doesn't mean I enjoy doing it.

    New Years Goals

    Get my shoulder back to 100% of what it was. More importantly, keep making A's and focus on my new microbiology path. Switching from nursing to micro because I have to quit working if I continue with nursing and I can't do that. Microbio is very diversified and I can still work in medicine.
