Nice work!
Thank you, exited to be posting my log over here.

funny thing is, when I joined these forums, I didn’t give two craps about logging my stuff on the internet or watching other logs. Now it’s my favorite thing about the forums.

I had a log at WCBB before it went down a few months ago dating back to 2004. It had over 500 pages. Hopefully we get the site back up.

That sucks pretty bad. I have my own personal written logs, and I couldn’t imagine losing them. But I’d hate to lose them after that long online too

I write them down as well, but I only keep the written ones for a little bit. I have gone from a 250+ lbs powerlifter, to a 190 lbs combat conditioning specialist (I hate crossfit. Haha), to a 185 lbs ultramarahoner, to a 200 lbs bodybuilder over the last 25 years. Most of those changes were forced on me. Haha. However, usually when I made the change I would throw the old logs out.

That blows

sounds like you’ve done one or two modalities of fitness. Pretty sweet.

I keep mine, but don’t have that many. I even have mine from my first go round in fitness as an early teen. I have weights, measurements, food logs, kinda cool to see. Just written on copy paper.

But I don’t have videos to go with my
Lifts. I use them for form checks and delete them, but nowtag them along with my logs online just to make It more interesting to view. Already would hate to lose that.

Workout 01/27/23

Todays workout was on a protein fast. No calories other than protein, by the time I worked out I was 24 hours fasted. So obviously lifts were down a tad. It’s actually part of a hippie dippie liver detox my wife and I are doing, that I always feel great after.

415x1
455x1
315x10

Bench Press
275x10 (vid)
225x15

Pull Up
10
10

Hanging Leg Raise
12
10

Hammer Curl
35x11

Weighed in at 216

Nice work. Not sure how I would feel on 848 calories. I have that many by my second meal and still have 5-6 more to go.
