It's bow season in PA so I am modifying my workouts. I just need to shave about 30 min off my Monday and Wednesday workout to give me enough time to slip out back. That's getting done by moving calves to Tue and Thur. and bis and tris will be only once a week compared to twice. Doubt I'll look like a pile of dog shit for the next few months.
