Does anyone have any experience at using ALA to control their blood sugar levels?....

I've taken it but as I remember I was using as an antioxidant....been a couple years though could be recallimg wrong

I wasn't on slin at the time so wasn't monitoring and never felt like I was having any spikes or drops...wish I could be more helpful... I'll check pubmed and see what I can find.

No biggie, BR!...I believe I did read one on there (or one of the med boards)....I was curious if anyone on here has personally noticed a difference....
