Time to get back into shape

Been gonna while and after life and a couple of injuries I’d gotten a little fluffy. Standing at 6’ and completely out of shape at 240 I decided I needed a change. Bonus is the mrs wanted to go at it too. On TRT and ended up having to go with the pellets due to work travels but so far I’ve been happy with it. Been watching the diet and started working out again and in just a couple weeks I’ve been pleased with progress so far. Being that I was already a decent size guy I’m trying to go on a long term cut starting now to have me in lake shape for next spring. Currently at 225.

No experience with pellets, and no idea of your work/travel schedule, but if you find yourself wishing you could use injections again it may be possible. Test Undeconoate has a longer half life than Cyp, hence less frequent injections. Finally became legal for doctors in the USA to prescribe some years back under the brand name Aveed. I use ugl TestU for DIY trt once a week, but I really could (should?) shoot every 2 or more weeks. The company website talks about 5 shots ... per year once the doctor gets you started with a big shot and tinkers with your regular dose thereafter. My cynical mind says there may be some resistance from doctors who are used to prescribing Cyp and who are not used to patients who have other ideas, but it's another option for you.

My problem is that my schedule can be unknown at times. I was furloughed for 14 weeks before having to be offshore, oil and gas, for 4 weeks, then home for 3 before leaving for another 8

See if your doctor can get a compounding pharmacy to make a single Aveed pellet the size of a grapefruit ... that oughta work :p

Been hanging out over at UGBB for the most part and figured I needed to become a little more active here.

So I was 225 and I'm guessing 22-25% when I made the first post on here and as of yesterday morning I was 208 and in the 17% range. Starting to up the calories while keeping it clean before very slowly going to a lean bulk.

Well, you are getting some progress, keep after it and visualize where you want to end up, I picture the muscle I am working at the time and when I am flat out busted from exertion, do at LEAST 5 more reps even if it makes you wimper :p
Leave nothing on the table.
Test U will last a month once you get it coursing through your veins, I have experimented with it mysel, it may not be IDEAL to go that long but it does work.
Bust your ass and keep us posted.

Been hitting the gym pretty hard while at work. Weight is staying fairly steady at 210 lbs. I can visibly see my back and shoulders widening up. As for routine I have 1 day completely off, leg day, back and bi day x2 to focus on what I felt was lagging, and a chest/shoulder/tri day. I do abs and cardio 3x per week. Am slowly upping the calories so as to start a lean gaining phase.

I've done a crappy job of keeping this updated. Was at 208 before coming to work, offshore oilfield, and was aiming more for recomp. Think I've done pretty well as weight has stayed in the 208-210 range and my back and shoulders have gotten noticeably wider and thicker and I'm still seeing some BF come off.

They get hit some on my back days as well as shoulder days. On back days I do some high angle rows on the cable machine. On shoulder days I’ve been doing incline reverse fly an facepulls
