Back before the 70's these silly machines were common in gyms and marketed to shake off the fat while toning up the muscle, Eventually they went away. The first vibration machines (as seen below) were believed to assist you with weight loss through a fast, jiggling motion designed to melt away excess fat. Bad news......to date there is no evidence to suggest that vibrating exercise machines can aid in weight loss, muscle toning, or muscle sculpting.
Well these silly machines have come back because we never learn from history. The all new Powerfit Elite can be used to sculpt, transform and redefine body your body through vibration. You can have this crap for the low price of about $200. But if you are a fat ass who weights more than 220lbs you will break the damn machine.
