Apparently the pepper helps its bioavailability.


I douse whatever I can with pepper when possible...I've read studies on this for years now and have been using it religiously as if it is the gospel to optimum digestion...Is it true?...Don't really know, *LOL*...I'm just taking the word of the reads that I've done on it...

Haha I think the taste would have to be so gross. But personally I’ve gotten a juice mixture with that in there and it’s good.
Are you keeping a log to see if this helps you at all?
I’ve been putting it in my coffee since November and I’m a believer. Had some knees issues. Mainly just achy. But since I started taking it, they knees feel better and I feel better overall.
