I don't see getting any benefits out of running such a low Dbol dosage. Why run Deca and "think" about maybe adding some Test in? Deca ( and Dbol ) will shut your natural testosterone production down, so you need to supplement it with some form of Test.
What do you plan for PCT?

Plan on running 15mg of Dbal a day for 2 weeks! This is the first time I’ve ever used it! What can I expect on gains and side effects! The only reason I’m doing only 15 trying to keep side effects to low

Length of cycle is only long enough for you to begin to feel the effects; pro'ly won't do much for you.
