I've had excruciating pain in my left heel for no apparent reason for the last few days to the point I can barely walk, so no way I could do deadlifts this morning.

Did upper back instead and swapped seated machine rows for meadows rows. Blah.

Plantar fasciitis possibly? At the base of the heel and rear of the arch? Get some good arch supports and see if that helps.

Look up things you can do to help it like rolling a tennis ball or can of soup under the foot to help stretch it out. It will be painful.

It can take a long time to get rid of it and you might have to wear shoes with good support (or use arch support inserts) or use custom made orthotic...permanently.

Unfortunately I cant wear flip flops as much as I'd like. Same with flat soled shoes like chucks and Van's. I wear flat soles to the gym but that's about it.

Or maybe you just bruised it?

Does it seem like it hurts worse right when you get out of bed in the morning?

Somewhat. The pain does seem to ease the more I move around....

Today it hurt like fuck when I woke up. Wasn't too bad at the gym, most of the day it was bearable. Getting worse now.

Does sound like plantar fasciitis. It can be crippling. Best help is good arch support.
