Put var in a salad dressing Tupperware. Very small one.

Lightly lick finger tip.

Place finger in var... Should be about 30-50mg.

Been doing this for a while. It's fairly accurate, IMO.

I buy caps or taps if flying...

what you are looking for is a suspending vehicle.

Var wont have a problem with sugar but certain compounds will have a problem with a suspending vehicle that is not sugar free...

I've been do this for a while. Var really won't suspend well over 25mg. Orasweet an oraplus, I've used with some grain alcohol.

This works best for me. If traveling, buy a bottle or cap your own.
