Did shoulders today. Brutal.

Behind the neck presses I did a few triples at 155 and a few singles at 165. Blah.

Then shrugs....

Upper Back Day: pulldowns, pulldowns, and more pulldowns, followed by Meadows rows to 150lbs then just for fun did some light barbell curls.

Weekend training:

Saturday: bench in the garage; not great but I got up to a few singles at 295 then a triple at 315 with the slingshot, a few singles at 335 with SS, and 275 for 8 with SS

Sunday: squats in the gym; got up to 425 sleeves only. a few singles at 435 with belt and a triple at 405 with the belt to finish off.

Lower back and hammys were smoked still from Sunday's squat session. Worked up to a belted single at 495.

Everything is a struggle lately. I'm trying hard but just feeling weak.

Thinking about maybe getting some blood work done and see if I have some T level issues... :(

I hear ya... I'm " " this close to switching to sumo b/c I just can't seem to get my conventional set-up to feel right. I hate to switch but I mean it can't get worse.

Perhaps change things up a bit... Hell, you're still killing it.

Just my .02 but at your age and your situation (meaning you're stable financially), I'd get on HRT + GH. I don't know how difficult it would be in your area though but if it's a possibility I'd look into it.
