Deadlifts this morning and it was a shit-show, but I knew it would be. Was still wrecked yesterday form squats on Sunday and I didn't have a great sleep last night.

Triples through 365, then singles to 425, belted singles at 455 and 475. Holy Fuck.

I need a new sport...

Shoulder press today, triples through 165 then a few singles at 185 then back-off triples at 155 for straight sets.

Finished with some smith machine shrugs.

Really really struggling these days...

Didn't train Sunday because I had some Dad stuff to do.

Bench yesterday was brutal; worked up to a few singles at 275...single at 315 with my slingshot.

Squats today was just as bad...top single 435, belted with sleeves.

Shoulder day and right shoulder is fucked.

Did BTN presses to a triple at 165 and 2 singles at 175.

Bunch of shrugs on the calf machine and the shoulder press machine.

Overall a shitty morning in the gym; seems to be lots of those lately....

Upper Back Day: pulldowns, pulldowns, and more pulldowns, followed by Meadows rows to 160lbs then just for fun did some light machine cable curls.
