Greetings everyone,
I would like to get some advice about my cycle.
I have been on cycle around two and half month now. And now I'm planning to resume it for extra two weeks and add a dnp cycle as well.
I have my blood work done every 3 weeks, everything seems to be fine. Apart from cholesterol but Its just little high and nothing to concern according to the doctor I'm seeing since the beggining of the cycle.
My stats before cycle:
1.94 cm
102 kg
%22 bf ( mainly concentrated on belly )
My diet till week 8:
6 eggs, 1 with yellow.
70 gr oat.
200g white or red meat. x 3
100g rice x 2
My current stats :
93 kg
%14 bf ( I'm skinny fat at this point kinda )
My current diet:
10 eggs, 2 with yellow.
200g white or red meat. x 3
50gr carbs
P.S : There has been cheat meals ( mostly breakfasts ) every two or three weeks. Ok there has been a bucket of KFC at some point, only once tho I promise lol
Supplements and Mid Cycle Stuff I Use:
Pfizer genotropin x 0.9 dose daily.
Cialis 5mg x 1 daily
Immuneks x 1 daily
Zinc 50mg x 1 daily
Omega 3 x 1 daily ( contains vitamin e & b12 etc in it )
Provilon x 1 daily ( started at week 4 )
Arimidex x 1 daily ( started at week 4 )
Levitron x 1 daily ( started at week 6 )
Arginine x 2 pre/post workout
Beta alanine x 1 pre workout
Nitro tech iso protein ( contains bcaa/glutamine,creative etc )
Some Artichoke pills and also varius herbs to help protect my liver.
I'm training 4 or 5 times a week. I did cardio every morning between 1 - 4 weeks but couldnt keep up with it becouse I had to move to another city, not so much free time anymore so cardios are things of the past at these days.
Heres what I run;
1 - 4 weeks:
250ml testosteron propionat
250 ml sustanon ( every two weeks )
100 ml rimobolan
4 - 10 weeks :
600 ml testosteron propionat
300 ml rimobolan
10 mg oxandrolone
at 8th week : I started using clenbuterol for 2 weeks and finished.
I'm currently on my 10th weeks and heres my plan:
10 - 14 weeks :
500 ml testosteron propionat
300 tren ace
10 mg oxandrolone
DNP cycle plan 11 - 13 weeks :
200 mg first 3 days then raise it up to 300 or 400mg depending on how my body reacts.Quit if needed even.
With DNP I'm planning to add :
A decent multi vitamin
Vitamine C ( 3000mg daily )
Melatonine daily
Magnesium( not sure about dosage ) ( maybe ZMA? )
Iron Tab daily
I have heard that I should use Ephedrine daily with coffee to fight with fatigue comes with dnp but not sure about this?
And thats it.
Thats my plans so far. I know Its so many injections but I'm fine with it, gf being nurse helps lol.
So any advice and reccomendation is very welcome, specially about DNP cycle I'm not sure what else to add to my supplement intake. I have seen that I should add more amino acids but just want to make sure.
Please do keep in mind I have researched all this information online and came up with these stuff by myself and I do know asking for help now might be late but hey its better then even more late
