Man, I want to fast track my skqwat to 500 pesos, my dl to 6 hundos, and my bench to 4... But there is no easy way. I should just take some dem roids and sit o. The couch... The easy way out.

Thanks brother... I used straps my forearms get murdered doing rows for whatever reason. Not sure if you've tried them but they really help me.

Fucking love am. Tweaked my pec on 185x8 standing military's sam exact spot as the tear just on the other pec... So I may be doing bench different for a while.

Skwats are getting easier and easier idk about deads tho Damn poverty dl going on. Did a RB dl set up going -40 at the bottom and full weight towards the top past the knees. Came up easy but my lockouts are super Shitty these days. I'm gonna go down and do reps. Tired of failing like a bitch. I guess weighing 263 in the past vs 243 now made a big difference in strength.
