Great log Mayo, very motivating
Thank you @5.0 This board is by far the most motivating for me. Everyday I get on and there are new log posts from you, @Superman , @monsoon , @BrotherIron and others. I see those posts and know that I have other hitters out there putting in work and it reminds me that I don't have an excuse. I appreciate you guys and this board more than I can express.

What is the prognosis on your heart condition?
Are you training for something in particular or are you just a beast who likes punishment?

Thank you for the kind words, @Jin. I am on TRT currently; I think that's go No to be lifelong. Tried coming off under (idiot) doc's supervision and went pretty poorly. I've been on for 4 years now, so I think the chances of producing endogenous test are firmly at zero. Cycles are a delicate ordeal. I need to maintain a low nominal blood pressure; 120/80 or less. So IF I were to cycle, I would have to choose compounds carefully and sparingly to keep those numbers. Prognosis is unknown. I go in for annual checkups and hope fore the best. Cardiac doc hopes that my ventricle wall will thin out since it's not seeing the work that it used to. As far as training, I'm just a balls out person. God made me with a drive and I chase it in gym, work, life, whatever. I'm going to try and do an endurance event in November of this year, so I've dropped the weights and upped the vol a bit. I think that about covers it...just a nut job with a gym membership.

No train yesterday; up for about 36hrs with work shenanigans. Slept for about 8hrs last night, finally. Back still killing from valve incident a couple weeks ago.

Short night of sleep last night. Stayed late at work with well issues, then cardio, and then up at 2:50...stumbled into kitchen to mix my preWO crack only to find the peanut gallery waiting in my trailer office with more issues/questions. Cut my workout time short; I take over at 5:00.

You are one inspirational motherfucker MAYO. I have no clue how you maintain that work schedule and these grueling training sessions, whilst ONLY being on TRT. I couldn't do that while on a full blown cycle.

Lol, thanks man. I don't know how to explain, just is what it is. I think only being on TRT facilitates the endurance component. I never reaped a long term endurance benefit from cycles. Any favorable gain in endurance only lasted a couple weeks into the compound; then it almost went backwards. I want to try micro dosing one day, but jury is still out. I have an excellent TRT doc right now as well. He does a full blood panel every draw day and adjusts ancillary supplementation (vitamins, minerals, DHEA, etc) as well as test dosage. I feel good right now....kinda scary. It's been a while.

Highly advocate micro dosing. But with your previous ordeals I'd consult a doctor. I dont run much gear compared to what I use to and I feel like I'm getting more... If that makes sense.

**Slower than normal...low back was not having it.

Have appt with sports doc about back today.
