Been lifting a few years and did most things wrong. Currently 6’2 185. Got up to 220lbs around 25ish% BF. Finally decided to cut 8 months ago. Went from 215 to 185 in about 4 months. Current issue is I seem to be staying the same weight but getting a softer appearance again. Not sure of current BF%, perhaps someone may be able to take an educated guess. Glad to be here. Pics posted are before and after cut. Color pic is current. Need a lot more lean mass to look big at this height.

Ill be 40 in a month. Current diet is 40/40/20 at 3200 cals daily. Main staples include chicken breast tenderloin, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread, oats, tree nuts and whey isolate. Training on a 4 day “bro split” right now. Lost a bit of strength on my cut especially on the bench. I am a terrible bencher. Can still pull 415 on dead for 1. Squat is weak at 290. I am looking for something with some type of linear progression on the compounds that includes accessory work. I tried 5x5 by itself and lost my rear delts and some arms size. Thanks guys.
